How we collect, use, store and disclose personal information. Compliant with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Last updated: 18 May 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AUSLOVE TV PTY LTD (ABN 67 613 196 802), trading as Austra Digital Marketing Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Austra Digital”), collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information. It applies to our website at https://austradigital.com.au and to the services we provide.

We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. What personal information we collect

We collect personal information that you provide to us directly. This may include:

  • Name, business name, email address, phone number
  • Information you provide in our contact form, including the nature of your enquiry and business context
  • Information you provide when you request a free review or book a call, including your website, industry, annual revenue range, practice size and capacity
  • Records of communications between you and us (email, calls, meetings, messaging)
  • Billing and payment information when you engage us as a client
  • Information collected automatically when you visit our website (see “Cookies and analytics” below)

2. How we collect it

We collect personal information when you:

  • Submit our website contact form or review request form (processed via Web3Forms, which then emails us)
  • Book a call or a review (scheduled through Cal.com, which shares the booking with our Google Calendar and creates the Google Meet link)
  • Email, call or message us directly
  • Enter into a services agreement with us
  • Browse our website (cookies and analytics)

3. Why we collect it

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and provide a strategy call
  • Decide whether our free review suits your business, prepare it and deliver it
  • Deliver the services you have engaged us to perform
  • Send invoices and operate the commercial relationship
  • Improve our website and services
  • Meet our legal and tax obligations under Australian law

We will not use personal information for marketing communications without your consent. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not publish the names of businesses we review or work with.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only where necessary to deliver our services or where required by law. Recipients may include:

  • Service providers we use to operate, including email forwarding (Web3Forms), website hosting (Cloudflare Pages), email (Google Workspace), analytics and advertising (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel), customer relationship and document tools, scheduling (Cal.com), payment processors, and accounting software
  • Professional advisers such as our accountant or lawyers, bound by their own confidentiality obligations
  • Government and regulators if required by law

Some of these providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle personal information in accordance with the APPs.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and for understanding aggregate traffic patterns. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our pages: clicks, scrolling and session recordings. Clarity masks anything typed into forms. We use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. It records that a page was viewed, a review was booked or a message was sent, never what you typed. We don't use any of these tools to identify you personally. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of the site.

6. How we store and protect it

We store personal information on access-controlled cloud services located in Australia and overseas. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes we collected it, or as required by law (including Australian tax record-keeping obligations — typically seven years for client records). When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

8. Your rights

Under the Privacy Act you can:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct personal information that is inaccurate or out of date
  • Opt out of any marketing communications
  • Make a complaint about how we have handled your personal information

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@austradigital.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your personal information in accordance with this policy or the Privacy Act, please contact us first at hello@austradigital.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be at https://austradigital.com.au/privacy with the “Last updated” date.
