Beauty Studio Booking Website
Before: bookings by text, written down by hand, and no website. Now bookings and client records sit in one booking system the owner runs from a phone, and new clients can book online at any hour.

The situation
The studio had a strong local following and a busy diary, but no website. Clients found it through Instagram posts and word of mouth, booked by text, and each booking was written down by hand. Every one depended on someone being free to reply.
There was no website that explained the treatments, nothing for a first-time client to read at 11pm when they were deciding, and no way to book at that moment.
The constraints
- Everything in one place. Bookings were spread across text messages and a written diary. Every booking had to land in one system the owner could check from a phone.
- A long treatment list. Skin, face, body and beauty treatments, each needing its own explanation, without turning the site into a price list.
- The good reputation already existed. The studio’s Google rating was earned before we arrived. The job was to show it, not to manufacture more.
- One chance at a starting point. Visitor data from launch day can’t be collected later, so tracking had to be ready before the site went live.
What we did
A seven-page site (home, about, services, booking, gallery, testimonials and contact) planned around the treatments, not around a template.
- Booking that works when the studio is closed. Every booking button goes straight to the studio’s booking system, so a client deciding at 11pm can book at 11pm.
- The reputation is on the page. The studio’s Google rating sits where visitors decide, not on a profile they would have to go looking for.
- Launched on the studio’s own web address, set up so Google could find and read every page from day one.
- Tracking first, not last. Visitor tracking was set up before the site went live, so the owner can see where visitors come from and what they do. Many small-business websites skip this.
The outcome
The site is live on the studio’s own web address. A first-time client can read about a treatment and book it at any hour, with the Google rating in front of them while they decide. Bookings land in one system the owner runs from a phone, instead of texts and a written diary, and the tracking has a clean starting point from the first day.
The studio came back for a second round of design work on the brand colours.
No numbers yet. Booking clicks and calls are not counted yet, so any result figure would be a guess. Counting them is the next job.
What we’d do next
Count the actions that matter: booking clicks, calls, messages and form sends. Then the reports show enquiries, not just visits, and any result on this page can be built on real numbers.
